Some of you may already know this but toward the latter part of last week, I was battling head on, women to man, with a good old fashioned British Cold. The Cold, you’ll be pleased to know, is now nursing his wounds whilst I’m flying high with my victory…feeling stronger than ever before! For all you men out there, the common cold I’m referring to is sometimes known as Man Flu ;-)
So does my cold stop me from having a Great Life?
When will I know that I have a Great Life?
Is it with a Great job; a Great social life; with Great relationships; and a Great bank account?
Hell No!!
A Great Life is a life of ups and downs, happy and sad, pleasure and pain, hungry and full. Think about it, if we didn’t have the bad times, how would we know that the good times were good?!

The important thing is that we experience everything to the fullest, get excited with the highs, feel the pain of the lows and most of all…START LIVING! More often than not, if you’re having a sh*t time then it’s for a reason. Experience it, work through it, learn from it and most of all, GROW from it…I can guarantee you that good times are ahead…it’s a fact baby!!
So whatever you’ve got planned for your week, as an old friend of mine says ‘PLAY FULL OUT” in your Game of Life. Remember, it’s the taking part that counts ;-)
