Are you feeling dirty?

Go with me on this one…

It’s funny how such a simple question can mean so much to so many people. I mean for some of you this will mean getting down and dirty with your sexy partner of choice. Taking your bedroom (or outdoor) antics to another level, the level you like when spicing it up is on the sexy menu. Or of course the level you like to take it to night after night, it all depends on your personal preferences, I suppose.

For others this will mean nothing of the sort, in fact if anyone even dared to mention something like this to you, you would run a mile! Well what I’m talking about right now is actually none of the above, sorry to disappoint those of you who thought this was going somewhere, and for those of you hoping it wouldn’t, you can breathe again.

What I AM talking about is the importance and the benefits of cleaning the inside of your body as well as the
outside of your body. So overlooked and yet so bloody important!!

If you’re anything like me and you’ve spent your lifetime drowning your body in every toxin known to man, then believe me this is for you! When I’m talking about toxins I’m not just talking about the A listers like smoking, drinking and drugs. No no no my friends, I’m talking about those cheeky little bastards that disguise themselves as freshly baked bread, a scrumptiously gooey sticky toffee pudding, a fat steak, your favourite Starbucks and a Brie to die for. Otherwise known as caffeine, sugar and white flower, oh and anything deep fried – holy maloney!

Now as you’ll know by now (well I hope so anyway), I’m all about balance in life so I’m not for one moment suggesting that you cut out these beautiful little bastards completely. HELL NO!! But what I am suggesting is maybe you make them the exception instead of the rule, and of course my suggestions are merely that. I never was and never claim to be a health expert – just for the record and just to avoid anyone thinking they might courtify me!

It’s always good to mix things up, it adds to the ‘spice’ of your life, and of course if you want to, the spice of your bedroom life!! The main difference I suppose is if you stick to Missionary position then it’s not exactly going to kill you (although you partner may not agree!) but if you stick to a bad diet for the rest of your life, then that’s a different story.

Heart Disease, Colon Cancer, Osteoporosis, Stroke, Kidney Failure…

So for me I wanted to give my body a break, give my body a clean from the Inside Out. So under the guidance of my two beautiful friends Gareth and Jereon, and with the support of two more beautiful friends Robin and Donna to share the journey with me (the Detox Club), I embarked on my nine day Colon Cleanse Detox. There, I’ve said it! That’s right my friends, it’s all about your Colon!!

As part of my colon cleanse I had to go without food for 5 days, and after so many of you who knew I was doing this, wanted to know more about it, I decided to take you on this journey with me. It’s ok, there’s nothing gory in it I promise! So here are the first 2 video’s I’ve recorded, the first one is explaining exactly what I’m doing and the second one, is watching me do it! Ha Ha that sounds sooooo much worse than it actually is, I promise! Enjoy oh gorgeous ones…
